Earth Day – Recycle or Throw Away Cell Phone?

As you all know today is Earth Day. To celebrate Earth Day just about all the major cell phone manufacturers are providing a place for their customers to recycle their old cell phones. If you’re like me you probably have even more than one or two cell phones sitting around your house that are ready for recycling.

Even though recycling is the correct thing to do I’m sure there are plenty of people that just throw their old phones in the garbage. I’m interested to hear if you actually recycle your old cell phone(s) or just throw it in the garbage?
