Last night I saw a U.S. Cellular commercial about swapping your old cell phone battery for a new one without paying. This is what I call competition at it’s best! The more cell phone carriers there are the more they compete for our business. Over time if one carrier makes a major decision and it attracts customers others will follow. Therefore, maybe we’ll see the other carriers adopt the free battery swap approach. There’s nothing worse than your battery dying and your carrier telling you that you have to pay for another one.
