Phone is bulky and heavy
Keys on keyboard are not raised enough

I really like this phone. For it being the first phone to run on the Google Android platform I give it two thumbs up. I'm sure newer models will be slimmer. I like how it syncs up to all the Google applications. The touchscreen works well. I would definitely recommend this phone to any T-Mobile customers.
